Job Description

:

As a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer at FOUR LINKS INSULATION, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cost-effective management of projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and ensure financial control on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for projects.
• Manage and monitor project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Assist in contract administration and procurement processes.
• Evaluate and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Perform valuations of work completed and manage the certification of payments.
• Review and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Quantity Surveyor or QS Engineer in specific sector, e.g., construction, infrastructure, civil works.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, project budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
