Responsibilities:
The QR Operation Assistant is responsible for assisting the creation, management, and optimization of QR code systems related to products, inventory, and customer engagement. This role involves assisting in the implementation of QR codes for various purposes, such as enhancing the customer shopping experience, tracking furniture products, and streamlining internal operations like inventory management and supply chain tracking.
• QR Code Creation and Management:
• Generate and customize QR codes for furniture products, catalogs, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure QR codes are placed correctly on furniture items, product packaging, promotional materials, and retail displays.
• Regularly update QR codes to reflect new product information, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Product Tracking and Inventory Management:
• Work with the inventory team to implement QR codes for product tracking within warehouses and retail locations.
• Ensure QR codes are linked to relevant product details, including specifications, price, availability, and manufacturing information.
• Assist in the creation of a digital product catalog that uses QR codes for easy access by both employees and customers.
• Customer Experience Optimization:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement QR codes that enhance the shopping experience (e.g., providing additional product information, customer reviews, installation guides, or promotional offers via mobile devices).
• Monitor customer engagement with QR codes and recommend improvements to boost usage and customer satisfaction.
• Provide insights into customer behavior based on QR code scanning data and suggest personalized experiences for customers.
• Data Collection and Reporting:
• Track QR code scan rates, customer interactions, and sales data linked to QR code usage.
• Generate performance reports to analyze trends, monitor campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback to the marketing and operations teams based on QR code data analysis.
• Collaboration with Other Departments:
• Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure the effective integration of QR codes across product packaging, promotional materials, and digital platforms.
• Work with the logistics and supply chain teams to track the movement of furniture items via QR codes in warehouses, shipping, and inventory systems.
• Quality Control and Troubleshooting:
• Regularly test QR codes across different platforms (mobile, tablet, etc.) to ensure they lead to the correct destination (e.g., product details, website, promotional offer).
• Address any issues related to QR code scanning, whether in-store or online, and work to resolve them promptly.
• Ensure QR codes adhere to branding standards and industry regulations.
• Documentation and Process Improvement:
• Maintain an up-to-date database of all QR codes used across products, campaigns, and internal processes.
• Document processes for QR code creation, tracking, and analysis.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the QR code management system to enhance operational efficiency.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
• Prior experience in a digital operations, logistics, or marketing role, preferably within the furniture or retail industry.
• Experience with QR code management tools and data analytics platforms is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of QR code generation, product tracking systems, and mobile technologies.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with data visualization tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Remote or hybrid working options may be available depending on the company's policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
