Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure all food products meet safety and quality standards across multiple restaurants and the central kitchen.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
Implement environmental policies and practices to promote sustainability and minimize the environmental impact of restaurant and kitchen operations.
Conduct training sessions for staff on QHSE protocols, ensuring all employees are informed and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Lead investigations into any quality or safety incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
