We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Officer/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the organization. This role involves significant documentation and process management, with a strong focus on ISO standards and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems in accordance with ISO standards. Conduct internal audits and inspections and 2nd Party audits to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures. Identify and mitigate risks related to quality, health, safety, and environmental issues. Provide training and support to staff on QHSE matters. Prepare and present reports on QHSE performance to senior management. Liaise with external bodies and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, etc.). Certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or equivalent. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within a regulated industry. Strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
