Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated QHSE Officer with strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi rules and regulations, and experience in facilities management, specifically in soft services projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures in compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
• Identify and address potential hazards and risks within soft services projects.
• Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide QHSE training to staff to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
• Maintain and submit QHSE reports to management and ensure timely updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QHSE role, with prior experience in a facilities management company specializing in soft services projects.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Certifications in QHSE (such as NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
