They ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices to promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. Quality Management: Develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to meet applicable standards. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality. Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of appropriate control measures. Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses and develop corrective actions. Environmental Management: Develop and implement environmental management policies and procedures. Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with regulations. Implement initiatives to reduce the organization\'s environmental impact. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure the organization\'s compliance with local, national, and international regulations. QualificationsandSkills: Educationalbackground&*Experience:*

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering field with minimum 12 years (minimum 5years as manager) experience in Steel Fabrication, preferably in PEB.

• Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Quality Management System Lead Auditor) are preferred.

Knowledge , skill and competencies:

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of Welding is a plus.

• Knowledge of ISO procedures & implementation.

• Fluent in the English language. Arabic is a plus.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 standard such as quality management system (QMS), environmental and occupation health and safety (HSE) standards. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
