Urgent Hiring for QHSE Manager

Experience: 10 years Required

Job Responsibility:

1. Lead and Manage QHSE operations to achieve the business and organizational goals. You are solely responsible for managing the department and team.

2. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

3. Inspecting the final product, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.

4. Adhere to the process for receiving material.

5. Adhere to the process for releasing finished goods.

6. Preparation of documents like ITP, test reports, method statements etc.

7. Assume Complete responsibility of quality of deliverables.

8. Collaborating with purchase, Design, and product development team to develop production processes.

9. Supervising technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.

10. Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.

11. Develop Product Inspection Systems Based on Industry and Government Standards.

12. Document and Remedy the Cause of Product Deficiencies.

13. Developing quality inspection procedures based on knowledge of industry and federal standards.

14. Keeping accurate documentation (Inspection report, Incident report, Release approval document etc.)

15. Documenting and analyzing product deficiency incidents

16. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

17. Work With Suppliers to Set Quality Standards for Raw Materials and monitoring their compliance.

18. Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

19. Keeping quality assurance team happy and productive using interpersonal skills.

20. Develop technical construction specifications.

21. Review designs development for conformance with applicable codes, utilizing engineering standards along with good engineering practices.

22. Conduct inspections as part of the construction quality assurance process and keep inspection documents.

23. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure quality of service delivery.

24. Ongoing account growth opportunities.

25. Report daily activity report and weekly summary report.

26. Find ways to increase profit and minimize cost.

27. Liaising with production engineers to check the progress of existing orders.

28. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice.

29. Other adhoc managerial tasks within your area of expertise.

30. Develop and maintain relations with other departments while different phases of product development.

31. Responsible for maintenance of company certification such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ASME U & R stamp.

32. Achieve additional certifications to enhance the business as per organizational requirement.

33. Ensuring the compliance to all Legal and regulatory requirements

34. Manage the budget and the QHSE team to meet established goals.

35. Play a proactive role in the areas of manufacturing, engineering, materials (Supply chain), customer interface and field issues (Warranty reduction) to assure that company quality objectives are met.

36. Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives based on review of past performance and established goals.

37. Arrange for the appropriate safety training for personnel to Company requirements.

38. Coordinating and conducting internal QHSE audits onshore and offshore ensuring non conformances are closed out as per agreed timescales

39. Reporting and analysis of non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences and at year end to analysis all accidents, incidents, near miss reports and non-conformances and report to management

40. Ensuring that the correct Personal Protective Equipment is worn where required.

41. Take lead role in all client and third party audits.

42. Develop a new product line of process engineering products with additional roles of sales and project management of various types of pressure vessels, pipe spools etc.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
