Act as a coach, leading and coordinating site activities related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) communication and training.
Prepare and deliver communications on HSES topics.
Provide inductions for new employees, ensuring they are aware of risks related to their roles and activities.
Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and safety training sessions to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with QHSE standards and regulations. Identify non-conformities and work with relevant departments to address and resolve issues.
Investigate incidents and accidents, including root cause analysis. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Act as Duty Officer acting as the first point of contact for any incidents or emergencies, coordinating response actions, and ensuring proper reporting.
Ensure that quality management systems are effectively implemented and maintained. Monitor and evaluate quality metrics and performance and recommend improvements to enhance product and service quality.
Votre profil
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach and educate personnel on HSE best practices.
Strong analytical skills, particularly in incident analysis and root cause investigation.
Ability to conduct detailed audits and provide actionable recommendations.
Knowledge of QHSE standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Knowledge of environmental management systems and sustainability practices, including Carbon Footprint assessment.
