Responsibilities:
• Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed by all staff.
• Inspect the kitchen and dining areas for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Verify the quality of incoming ingredients and stored food items.
• Monitor food preparation for consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Perform final quality checks on dishes before serving.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations.
• Maintain records of inspections and compliance-related documents.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on food safety and quality control procedures.
• Address and resolve issues related to food quality and customer complaints.
• Implement quality control programs for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Degree in food science, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
• 4-5 yrs experience in food service, quality control, or a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
• Commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience.
