QC Manager / Engineer
SALARY: 10 to 15 k .
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in ready mix concrete
Responsibilities:
Preparing mix designs and conducting trial mixes.
Ensure the manufacturing and production of materials are of the highest quality and in compliance with predetermined criteria and specifications as established by customer and/or standards.
Communication with raw materials suppliers/new suppliers in case of any deviation in materials supplied and also for reducing material prices with similar quality.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Compile and review test results and comparisons that ensure consistency.
Establish technical reports (Daily, weekly and monthly).
Observe the batching plant to note any fault relating to discharge or charge sequence, Calibration and quantities occurred during loading.
Site Communication with customers to follow the quality of concrete received at site.
Read and evaluate project specifications and conducting technical discussions with consultants and contractors to provide proper mixes that will meet the requirements.
Site investigation and communicating with clients and holding meetings with them in case of any problem and solving the problem in the manner that satisfies the customer.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in chemical / civil / Geology.
English & Arabic / advance Urdu
