Job Title: QC Inspector - Chemical Manufacturing

Position: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QC Inspector with 2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, a diploma in Chemical Engineering, and certification in hazardous materials handling. The role involves ensuring the quality and safety of chemical products, conducting inspections and tests, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols for hazardous materials.
• Document test results and assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform material inspections and testing to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports.
• Identify quality issues, suggest corrective actions, and collaborate with production teams to improve processes.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper storage of chemicals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Chemical Engineering (or related field).
• Experience: 2 years in QC or inspection within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Certifications: Hazardous Materials Handling Certification (e.g., OSHA, HAZWOPER).
• Skills: Knowledge of chemical processes, quality control methods, and safety standards.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
