Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Record and document inspection results, including any defects or non-conformities identified, using appropriate quality control forms and software.
Communicate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to resolve quality-related issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain inspection equipment and tools in good working condition, and ensure they are calibrated and properly maintained according to established procedures.
Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or Diploma; additional technical education or certification in quality control or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a quality control inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify root causes of quality issues.
