Qc Inspector (coating)
Job Description
Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years of experience. Following job description will be assigned to the candidate:
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities.
• Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformance reports.
• Control of storage and certification of consumables.
• Performs qualifications of coating processes.
• Checks surface preparation.
• Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations.
• Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks.
• Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles.
• Verifies the correct colour-coding and painting.
• Performs visuals inspections.
• Performs adhesion testing.
• Performs penetration testing.
• Evaluates impact testing.
• Performs visual checks after blasting.
• Prepare daily reports on agreed format(s) for the status of work and progress.
• Support internal or third-party audits of the Company's quality control system
REQUIREMENTS
B GAS (Level-2)
Minimum 3 years experience as Coating Inspector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
