Job Title: QC InspectorJob code: JPC 3194Job Location: Abu DhabiExperience: 6+ yearsQualification: Diploma, bachelor\'s degreeResponsibility * Ensure that all production operations are being carried out in accordance with procedures.
- Carry out material verification in accordance with procedures.
- Raise non-conformance reports for any material, manufactured component or process which does not conform to relevant specifications or standards.
- Developing self within role and participate in and develop from training and developmental activities assigned to oneself.
- Perform tasks with honesty, integrity, and Customer Focus.
- Fully embrace the Quality & HSE management systems.
- Support our continual improvement programmes, recommend, and introduce process improvements & cost savings and have technical input to perform job with optimal results.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and hazards are always minimised.
- Ensure only working with Controlled Copy documents and ensure obsolete revisions are handed back to the Quality Manager for disposal.
- Working experience with all inspection activities in the OCTG / drilling production plants.
- Need to have experience with the requirements of premium threading including surface treatments.
- More than 5 years of experience out of which at least 3 years in OCTG premium threading line with University / College Degree in Engineering
- ASNT Level 2 qualified (MPI and LPI) or prepared to work towards the qualification.
- Excellent communication (both written and oral), influencing and interpersonal skills.
- In depth knowledge of industry relevant International Codes and Standards
