Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct inspections and tests on automobile parts and systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities and work with the production team to resolve them.
• Create and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and educate production team members on quality control procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality control practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in quality control or quality management are preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control in the automobile industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English
