We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPurposePerform all activities necessary for QC Welding/Painting Inspection.FunctionsWelding Activities\xc2\xb7 Raw Material Inspection\xc2\xb7 Check the welding consumable as per WPS\xc2\xb7 Check the bevel angle, root gap face as per WPS\xc2\xb7 Check the Fit-up root gap and misalignment as per WPS\xc2\xb7 Check the root pass and hot pass amps and volts\xc2\xb7 After completing fill and cap check visual inspection\xc2\xb7 For visual inspections, request client and submit the visual inspection report\xc2\xb7 Request NDT for the weld joint\xc2\xb7 After completing, request client to review the film\xc2\xb7 After the film review, submit all the reports for client\xe2\x80\x99s signature\xc2\xb7 Release for further activitiesPainting/ Coating Activities\xc2\xb7 First check coating raw material inspection\xc2\xb7 Before blasting, clean weld joint with fresh water and check the salt level.
