Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Chemist for Fujairah office with Minimum 5 years of Experience in 17025 Accredited Lab

Responsibilities -

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and testing of the food and water scope parameters in chemical lab.
• Lead a team of skilled professional, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements for food and water testing
• Implement and maintain quality control measures within chemical lab
• Supervise and conduct various chemical analysis on food and water samples to determine composition and ensure safety
• Oversee the documentation of chemical lab test procedure, results, and quality control records as per ISO 17025 standard requirements.
• Responsible for training and development of team members on new techniques, equipment, and safety protocol.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific testing requirements and address any concerns.
• Ensure safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulation related to food testing.

Requirements : -

• Qualification - Master's degree in food science, Chemistry, or a related field with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food testing lab.
• Experience - 5 years of experience in chemical lab - Food and Water Testing (ISO 17025 accredited labs)
• Skills: Analytical skills and proficient with chemical lab instruments like HPLC, GC and ICP
• Male Candidate Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
