Currently our company's focus is to expand our manufacturing operations and build on product quality. To that end, we are looking to hire a Lab Technician who can assist our team in maintaining and supporting daily operations of our Laboratory.

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Timely testing of samples to facilitate production, checking the deviations & reports.
• Testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Performing laboratory analysis, monitoring microbial culture and control system in microbial contamination.
• Maintaining of necessary Laboratory procedures and documentation.
• Preparation of technical reports and recommendations based on research outcomes.
• Record all data and results in specified forms with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Microbiology
• Basic Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Food Regulatory Standards.
• 3 - 5 years of Experience in Lab Assistance and Processes
• Excellent Analysis and interpretation skills
• Basic Knowledge of chemical procedures and analysis
• Experience in Chemical Analysis in F&B is desirable
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
