Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling passenger information. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline reservation systems. Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry.
