: QA/QC Supervisor (High-Rise Construction)

Position: QA/QC Supervisor

Location: Dubai

Job Purpose:

The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met throughout the construction of high-rise buildings.

This role involves overseeing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, with a focus on maintaining the highest quality in all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes for the construction of high-rise buildings.

Develop and enforce standards and procedures for quality control, ensuring compliance with company, industry, and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on quality control activities and share findings with the project manager and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout all construction phases.

Skills & Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of UAE work experience in villa and high-rise construction maintenance, along with knowledge of Snagging, Handover, Defects Liability Period (DLP) processes and preparing BOQs

Experience with quality assurance procedures in concrete, structural, and MEP works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
