Job Description

We are looking for QA/QC officer for our Industrial testing laboratory. Candidates must have prior experience and able to manage that the company Quality System as defined in the company Quality Manual is implemented as per ISO 17025:2017.

Assists the Laboratory Management in formulating Quality Policy.

Ensures routine internal & external calibrations, equipment maintenance and performance check.

Conducts training sessions to staff.

Prepare annual plans for IQC, PTP and ILC testing programs and ensure the results by them.

Prepares and annual plans for technical and quality audit.

Conducts the internal audits for the sections and prepares Non-Conformity Reports and Audit Report.

Conduct technical/test witness audits as per the plan.

Discusses the results of internal audits with the Management Representative and managers audited, and agree timely corrective actions required.

Carries out follow-up audit (ensures that CAs. are implemented as planned schedule).

Reviews of the Quality Management System documentations.

Prepares worksheets/ test report formats as per the standard requirement's.

Prepare, update and monitor the LIMS documentations.

Prepare and release the Risk assessments and its control measures for the job specific tasks.

Prepare & issue the method statement for the projects & job specific.

Assists in formulating corrective actions for any non-conforming aspects of the laboratory

operations, and to conduct follow-up assessments on the resolution of these non-conformities.

Prepares and evaluates of IQC tests and inter-laboratory testing programs.

Provides on the job supervision and advice to Technicians and Assistant Technicians as

instructed.

Carries out other laboratory quality duties as instructed by the company management.

Ensures company confidentiality and impartiality.

Monitoring of technician's/chemists' test competency records and its authorizations.

Providing assurance of competence of lab activities & the relevant test codes.
