The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with specifications and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and extensive experience in managing QA/QC in complex high-rise developments.Key Responsibilities: xefx82xa7 Develop and implement the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan. xefx82xa7 Establish and maintain quality benchmarks and standards for high-rise construction projects. xefx82xa7 Ensure all construction work adheres to project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards. xefx82xa7 Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, workmanship, and construction activities. xefx82xa7 Coordinate with third-party testing agencies and laboratories for material and performance testing. xefx82xa7 Maintain and review test reports to ensure compliance with quality standards. xefx82xa7 Identify quality-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. xefx82xa7 Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and implement improvement measures. xefx82xa7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all project phases. xefx82xa7 Maintain detailed and accurate records of QA/QC activities, including test reports, inspections, and certifications. xefx82xa7 Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and clients. xefx82xa7 Ensure proper documentation of quality control processes and non-conformance records. xefx82xa7 Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, international standards, and company policies. xefx82xa7 Liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies to meet compliance requirements. xefx82xa7 Stay updated on new quality standards, construction methods, and materials. xefx82xa7 Lead the QA/QC team, including inspectors and engineers, to achieve project quality objectives. xefx82xa7 Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance at all stages of construction. xefx82xa7 Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality management systems and standards. xefx82xa7 Communicate quality concerns and updates with clients and consultants. xefx82xa7 Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and integrated into quality control processes. Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry, with significant exposure to high-rise projects.
Strong understanding of construction quality management systems, materials, and methods.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality standards.
