They are offering diverse career growth opportunities in over 19 branches.Requirements:Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management:Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable industry standards.Ensure all QA/QC processes align with client specifications, regulatory requirements, and international standards (ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, etc.).Conduct periodic internal audits, assess performance against set KPIs, and drive corrective and preventive actions.Lead and coordinate third-party inspections and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.Project Quality Assurance & Control:Establish and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for ongoing projects.Monitor and oversee project quality control activities, including material inspections, welding, fabrication, NDT, and final inspections.Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality control measures are effectively implemented at all project stages.Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors based on quality compliance and past performance.Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution.Document Control & Reporting:Ensure timely preparation and submission of QA/QC documentation, including WPS, PQR, MTCs, NCRs, and final dossiers.Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and quality audits for traceability and compliance.Provide regular quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.Team Leadership & Training:Lead, mentor, and train QA/QC team members to ensure adherence to company quality standards.Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across the organization.Supplier & Client Relations:Work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.Conduct vendor audits to assess quality capabilities and compliance with company standards.Support the procurement team in ensuring materials meet required specifications.Key RequirementsEducational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, CSWIP 3.1, AWS CWI, or other relevant quality certifications is preferred.Experience:Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of ADNOC, PDO, KOC specifications, and relevant project execution standards.Technical Skills:Extensive experience in welding inspection, NDT techniques (UT, RT, PT, MT), material inspections, and fabrication processes.Familiarity with codes and standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, and ISO.Proficiency in quality management software and documentation tools.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to quality improvement.Attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
