Job Description

:
As a QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure that our products, services, and processes meet regulatory standards and client expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, drive improvements, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and reporting to ensure product quality at all stages of production.
• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Train and mentor quality control staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or in a similar quality management role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
