QA/QC MANAGER required urgently for a reputed high rise building construction company in Dubai.Details:

• Min. 10 years proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in high-rise luxury building construction projects with main contractors.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to high-rise constructions.
• Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes within the construction industry. Responsible for implementing IMS, training personnel, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality control procedures across projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to identify potential defects or non-conformities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and external agencies.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a culture of quality excellence.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or Construction Management are preferred.
