Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) systems and procedures to ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, and API codes.Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Procedures, NDE Procedures, WPS/PQR/WPQ, and Painting Procedures.Review Material Certificates and obtain approvals from Clients and ASME Authorized Inspectors.Coordinate and conduct shop inspections, ensuring compliance with client specifications and ASME standards.Handle ASME, ISO, and client audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met and documented.Prepare Quality Dossiers and Manufacturerxe2x80x99s Data Reports (MDRs).Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.Provide training and guidance to QA/QC personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Required Skills:Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the QA/QC department of a renowned ASME certified Heat Exchanger manufacturing company.Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in mechanical engineering.Additional qualifications in NDE (Level II minimum), Welding (AWS or CSWIP), and Coating Inspection (NACE/BGAS).In-depth knowledge of ASME, TEMA, and API codes.Proven experience in preparing and reviewing Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Procedures, NDE Procedures, WPS/PQR/WPQ, and Painting Procedures.Hands-on experience with ASME, ISO, and client audits.Strong ability to handle shop inspections and coordinate with Client Inspectors and ASME Authorized Inspectors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
