*Feedbacks for preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.

*Attend client quality site meetings.

*Maintain records for the established KPI's.

*Ensure the integrity and legal compliance of the product by engaging, and working with, Client, Consultant and project personnel.

*Coordinate with Consultants/client on daily site inspection, mock up, factory visits, material Inspections.

*Preparation of Method statement, Inspection Test Plan and checklist in coordination with site personnel, subcontractor and specialized subcontractor.

*Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and implement the required improvements for effective functioning.

*Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site execution team prior to inspection activities.

*The control of on-site and off-site vendor inspectors, inspection and procedures in accordance with the project requirement.

*Ensuring the coordination and resolution of any External/Internal nonconforming or Site Instructions by reviewing QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.

*Review supplier inspection procedures, personnel qualifications & supplier material certificates.

*Take part in site / supplier audits and surveillance.

*Implement the QA/QC management system at site, coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site.

*Coordinate with the site engineer/Manager on all quality issues, coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the site teams, projects subcontractor's QC personnel.

*Inspection of all incoming materials are as per project requirement and also coordination for the material testing as per the project and International standards requirements.

*Provide advice and guidance to the project delivery team on all matters of verification and regulatory compliance

*Conducting regular Quality Tool box Talks at site premises on the ongoing/ future activities

*Ensure Project personnel are suitably trained in Project Verification Plan requirements and to access and apply dependent systems, procedures and reference materials via the Project QMS, PMS.

Facilitate regular meetings with all interested parties to ensure alignment of understanding and direct the team if any deviations are observed.
*Review and approve Supplier/Subcontractor Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test plans and procedures.

*Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified, established and retained in accordance with client, QMS, Project and regulatory requirements.

Report directly to managing director

Min 3 years in U.A.E with Facility Management or related industries

Graduate degree in engineering field

Having UAE driving license will be advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month
