Urgent Hiring for QC Inspector in Sharjah Oil & Gas Company

Job Responsibilities:

Experience- 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Company

1. Report to QHSE manager and work as per the work schedule.

2. Set up and adhere to the process for receiving material.

3. Set up and adhere to the process for releasing finished goods.

4. Collaborating with purchase, Design and product development team to develop production processes.

5. Supervising technicians and other staff members and providing guidance.

6. Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.

7. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

8. Inspecting the final product, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.

9. Develop Product Inspection Systems Based on Industry and Government Standards.

10. Document and Remedy the Cause of Product Deficiencies.

11. Developing quality inspection procedures based on knowledge of industry and federal standards.

12. Keeping accurate documentation (Inspection report, Incident report, Release approval document etc)

13. Documenting and analyzing product deficiency incidents

14. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

15. Work With Suppliers to Set Quality Standards for Raw Materials and monitoring their compliance.

16. Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

17. Hire, Train and Manage Quality Assurance Team Members.

18. Keeping quality assurance team happy and productive using interpersonal skills.

19. Develop technical construction specifications.

20. Review designs development for conformance with applicable codes, utilizing engineering standards along with good engineering practices.

21. Conduct inspections as part of the construction quality assurance process and keep inspection documents.

22. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure quality of service delivery and

ongoing account growth opportunities.

23. Report daily activity report and weekly summary report.

24. Find ways to increase profit and minimise cost.

25. Liaising with production engineers to check the progress of existing orders.

26. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice.

27. Other adhoc managerial tasks within your area of expertise.

28. Develop and maintain relations with other departments while different phases of product development

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
