QA/QC Inspector -Civil Works Description stated below:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to oversee and ensure the quality of civil construction works, with a particular focus on raft foundations.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in inspecting, testing, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector in civil construction, particularly in high rise tower

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor construction activities related to raft foundations and building services to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material approvals for quality assurance.
• Conduct material and concrete testing, and maintain detailed inspection records.
• Identify non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and verify implementation of solutions.
• Liaise with project engineers, site managers, and contractors to address quality issues.
• Prepare and submit QA/QC reports to the project management team.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international construction codes and standards.

Foundations.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001-2015, ASTM, and other relevant codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Certification in QA/QC (Optional).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
