Job Description

We are hiring successful candidate for the role of QA/QC Inspector (API Machine Shop Products & ASME Fabrication Unit) in reputed Oil & Gas equipment's manufacturing company (UAE).

Responsibilities:

QA/QC Inspector required with minimum 15 years of experience in B.E Mechanical Engineering . Experienced with Quality Management system Process related to Oil & Gas industry Manufacturing/Remanufacturing facility, and experienced towards Implementation and Maintaining of QMS online with ;

ISO 9001:2015 API Spec Q1, API 6A,API 16A,API16C,API 5CT,API 7-1 and Premium Connections.

Knowledge and Experience in handling Customer Audits, Supplier Audits and ISO, API Audits.

Must be of ASNT NDE Level II in LPI,MPI,UT,RT & VT. Shall be certified AWS CWI or CSWIP Level II.

Working Knowledge on Connection inspection such as API Connections and Premium connections Hilong, DP Master.

Assembly inspection, Machining Parts Inspection , Welding Inspection, Report Preparation.

To Witness Pressure Test, PWHT & review Charts.

All inspections & Testing activities.

Receiving Inspection of consumables, raw materials and others

To ensure proper documentation-preparing reports, compiling data

Working Knowledge on Phosphate inspection, Blasting and Painting inspection preferred

Ensure that the calibration of all inspection equipment used in manufacturing is up-to-date.

Responsible for both internal and external calibration of equipment and maintaining those reports

To always upkeep safety in the workshop and weld shop by adhering to all rules and regulations

Conducting Calibration of instruments, Inspection & Testing Instruments control.

Identifying and reporting the Product NCRs.

Supporting MR in Internal Audit activities.

All other activities as directed by QA/QC Inspector.

To be a team member and ensure zero errors in production of work.

Establishing Proper Traceability, Visualization, Dimensional inspection, Product identification and test status.

Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oil and gas industry preferred.

Certifications Required:

• ASNT NDE LEVEL 2 or Equivalent preferred MPI, LPI, VT, UT ,RT
• AWS Welding inspector or CSWIP 3.1 Certification Preferred
• NACE LEVEL 1, NACE LEVE 2 Coating inspector Certification Preferred
• API Q1, ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor Certification preferred.
