Qa/qc Engineer
Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in metal fabrication and possess expertise in various aspects of quality assurance and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement welding procedures and specifications.
• Conduct welding inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements for fabrication and installation processes.
• Create operation manuals, quality forms, and reports to be presented to clients.
• Manage the receiving and delivery of material reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in QA/QC roles within the metal fabrication industry.
• Proficiency in welding procedures, inspections, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
• Candidate with a family or husband visa or Freelance Visa
