Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our team. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects adhere to established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, quality control procedures, and construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols for civil construction projects.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Perform material testing and analysis as per project requirements.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC processes and procedures.
• Maintain records of QA/QC activities and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with construction materials testing and inspection methods.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
