: We are seeking a junior level experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure that materials and workmanship meet specified standards and project requirements.
• Monitor and report on quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Provide training and support to project teams on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in QA/QC methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, practices, and regulations.
• Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools.
