Responsible for identifying and raising QHSE issues and for speedily resolving them to ensure zero impact to the customer. Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.What you will do :Quality management system.
Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and quality forms. Coordinate with cross-functional departments in establishing FMS and IMS procedures
Provide support for management on supply chains and compliance with QHSE standards, audit and review of operating practices and systems
Continuously monitor QHSE requirements and regulations imposed by government and semi-government entities, ensuring they are incorporated and complied with as applicable
Liaise with government and semi-government entities for QHSE-related audits, inspections, and requirements
Conduct process gap analysis, identify and implement corrective measures. Closely control expectations of QHSE to ensure all required standards are applied
Attend client quality management meetings. Prequalify vendors and subcontractors in terms of QHSE requirements.
Quality Audits & Inspection
Conduct site audits, inspections, conditional assessments, vendor audits, and re-evaluations
Verify that the QHSE standards are in accordance with applicable procedures and standards
Perform internal audits as per QHSE procedures, identify non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest corrective and preventive actions
Generate non-conformance reports and follow up on NCRs and site inspection reports for closure
Prepare internal audit reports with required statistics and details
Contribute to the preparation of look-ahead plans for upcoming audits. Carry out material quality inspections and submit reports.
Training & development
Support training and development to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE standards and their relevance to business objectives
Conduct QMS induction and awareness training for technicians, supervisors, and engineers
Prepare supporting documents related to the publication of new documents and forms for ease of understanding
Prepare training documents and presentations. Maintain training documents, forms, and records of training hours.
CAFM, Field service management software
Develop, update, and adjust processes and procedures in line with the CAFM process, ensuring all workflow processes are current and reflect actual working practices
Take a lead role in clarifying and resolving CAFM-related queries for internal and external users
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities for simplified and efficient operation
Regularly undertake health checks on the system, report problems, identify faults, and liaise with the IT department and software developers for any operational issues, updating the operations team as needed
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and follow up with teams to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
QHSE
Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of the quality management system by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standards
Implement all HSE policies, safe operating procedures, and safe work instructions (toolbox talks) to prevent potential incidents
Develop, review, and maintain QHSE monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Maintain records, reports, and registers of audit findings
Required skills to be successful :
Ability to identify and address process gaps and prepare workflow processes and procedures
Able to prepare method statements and risk assessments for various maintenance activities
Analyze reactive service complaints statistics and recommend corrective actions to avoid recurrence
Ability to identify the training needs of team members, and coach and guide the team for better employee engagement.
Ability to prepare and maintain various documents, such as inspection reports and handover reports
Stakeholder management and communication skills
What equips you for the role :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
5 years of experience in FM industry within Quality controls & Quality assurance.
