We are seeking a highly motivated QAQC Engineer Civil to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring the quality and compliance of projects, with a strong emphasis on construction and engineering standards. Those who are having minimum 8 years experience in the construction of High Rise Building can Apply for the Position. Also salary is negotiable and those who can join immediately our dynamic team will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation Monitor all quality related activities on the project Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders. Attend client quality management meetings The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement. Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required. Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the supplier and subcontractors. Monitor statistical method reporting. Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in QAQC within the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
