Junior QA/QC Engineer - Civil

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The candidate will support the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes for civil engineering projects, ensuring that work meets client specifications, standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing QA/QC plans, procedures, and standards in alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and codes.
• Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and methodologies.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformities.
• Assist in preparing quality-related reports, checklists, and test documentation.
• Support the preparation of QA/QC documentation for project handover, including as-built records.
• Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address quality concerns promptly.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and QA/QC practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the civil engineering or construction industry.
