Position : QA/QC Engineer - Civil Infrastructure Background

Qualifications Requirements

Demonstrates sound judgment and a proactive attitude.

Possesses excellent proficiency in civil engineering, quality assurance, and quality control systems; proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems.

Exhibits strong knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems (IMS), with a comprehensive understanding of project processes and execution.

Brings at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role within infrastructure turnkey projects.

Previous experience in the GCC region is considered advantageous.

Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting challenging targets and strict deadlines.

Exhibits a meticulous attention to detail.

Familiar with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all project phases.

Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective interaction with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

Able to effectively convey technical information through submissions or presentations, facilitating clear understanding among stakeholders.

Capable for overseeing all QA/QC aspects of projects, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.

Frequently encounters technical challenges and is adept at devising and implementing effective solutions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for identifying issues and executing appropriate corrective actions.

Ability to Work closely with QA/QC Managers, project managers, engineers, and architects, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizes work efficiently, and adheres to deadlines while upholding high quality standards.

Strong organizational and time management skills are paramount for successful project execution.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's OR Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.Certifications related to quality assurance and Control

Proficiency in AutoCAD / MS Office / ERP Software

5+ years of experience

Familiarity with Engineering Codes / Standards / ISO standards (IMS).
