Job Summary: As a QA/QC Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of construction activities on site, ensuring that workmanship and materials meet standards and specifications. You will conduct inspections, implement quality control measures, and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:
• Develop and implement quality management procedures and plans.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of construction activities.
• Verify materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document non-conformance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Quality Control:
• Monitor construction processes to ensure they follow approved methods.
• Perform tests and measurements to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain records of test results, inspections, and approvals.
• Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers for quality assurance purposes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on constructability and quality aspects.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance on quality matters.
• Conduct training sessions on quality control procedures for project teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Implement best practices in quality management and construction techniques.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control.

Requirement:

Salary AED 8,000/- full package

Candidate must have minimum 5 years of UAE experience.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
