Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer)

Location: UAE (Locally available candidates preferred)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control, particularly in construction, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), or Telecom projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality plans, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and company policies.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans for projects.

- Prepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Project Quality Plans (PQPs), and other quality documentation.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

- Raise inspections and prepare detailed inspection logs and reports.

- Monitor and report on the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction activities.

- Perform material inspections and work inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Ensure all documentation meets the required standards and is properly maintained.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.

- Track and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure proper resolution through corrective and preventive actions.

- Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures.

- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and implementation.

- Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to achieve project quality objectives.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in construction, ELV, or Telecom projects.

- Strong knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001 etc.).

- Experience in preparing and reviewing ITPs, PQPs, method statements, and quality documentation.

- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.

- Experience with NCR protocols and change request management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.

- Locally available in the UAE.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, CQA, or equivalent).

- Experience with ADNOC or other oil and gas projects is a significant advantage.

- Familiarity with construction standards and inspection procedures for ELV and Telecom systems.
