- Ensure correct budget codes are provided.
- Verify budget allocation or VO in line with the PR.

- Review if alternative options for cost efficiency were explored
- Confirm if PR is for completed services/work.
- Determine if PR is for new projects or extensions.
- Validate if PR is for items already purchased or delivered

- Check if PR involves rented equipment with an expired service agreement.
- Verify accurate BOQ description and quantities.
- Check for required specification documents.
- Verify dimensions (height, length, width) if applicable.
- Ensure detailed drawings are attached if required.
- Review inclusions and exclusions of requested items.
- Check for warranty details if applicable.
- Confirm if technical submittals are needed and provided.
- Verify delivery location and expected date.
- Determine if a site visit is required for accurate PR.
- Ensure selected vendors are approved.
- Validate Defects Liability Period (DLP) if mentioned.
