A leading construction company in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry. The QA/QC Civil Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.Responsibilities: * Review project specifications and ensure compliance with all quality requirements

Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and resolve any quality issues and non-conformities
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Prepare and submit quality reports to management and clients
Ensure that all construction materials and equipment meet quality standards
Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control processes and procedures
Stay updated on industry best practices and new quality control technologies

Preferred Candidate: * Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry
Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with project stakeholders
Proficient in using quality control tools and software
Certifications in quality control and quality assurance will be an advantage
