Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous inspections of construction materials and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Develop and implement detailed QA/QC plans that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential quality issues early and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.
• Lead training sessions on quality assurance practices for site personnel to enhance awareness and compliance.
• Perform audits and assessments of contractor performance to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Utilize advanced testing techniques and equipment to evaluate the physical properties of materials used in construction.
• Maintain a proactive approach in identifying trends in quality performance and suggest improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, (BE, B TECH), with a strong academic foundation in construction materials and methods.
• Minimum of 5 years UAE EXPERIENCE IN HIGH RISE BUILDING. (10 floors and above) in civil engineering projects , particularly in large infrastructures.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent in quality management systems are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of local construction codes and regulations, with experience in compliance assessments.
• Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools, along with a solid grasp of statistical analysis methods.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive quality initiatives in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
• Physical capability to conduct site inspections and walk through construction zones safely.
