Job Description

The responsibilities listed below are inclusive but not restricted to:

MTC review as per codes & standard's

Compiling MTC's as per sales order/delivery note.

MTC and other quality Documents verification and maintain in system.

Data entry for import materials inspection.

Customer queries and Emails reply.

Support to Sales team regarding Quality concern during quotation and order processing.

Internal and external Audits handling.

ISO Documents and other quality documents updates filing maintenance.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.

Document all quality control procedures and maintain accurate records.

Investigate customer complaints and feedback related to product quality and take appropriate corrective action.

Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure that customers are provided with accurate information about the quality of materials.

Assist in conducting regular training and education sessions for production personnel to ensure they understand the quality control procedures and protocols
