Job role: Test Analyst Location: Abu Dhabi Contract duration: 5 months contract (extendable based on the performance) Our client is an investment arm of the Government of Abu Dhabi and is responsible for investing part of the government's surplus financial resources through a globally diversified investment strategy. Purpose of the Role Test support for a CRM Implementation. Main Duties and Responsibilities Review business requirements (functional and technical specifications) to support the test plan creation process. Document test plans in collaboration with the subject matter experts and technical teams Create and execute detailed testing scenarios and test cases, including the collation of any necessary test data. Raise and monitor software defects and ensure that the issues are tracked and resolved, within an appropriate timeframe. Collaborate with the vendor to resolve issues reported Report test case progress to the project team. Ensure test case documentation is update to date Carry out other similar or related duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Technology, Science, Engineering or Finance. Software Testing certifications (e.g. ISTQB) Mandatory 5+ years of experience as a QA tester for software applications 5+ years of user application support across an investment applications portfolio. Competent usage of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Project etc.) Significant experience with creating high quality documentation. Experience of capturing and managing test cases in Azure Dev Ops, Jira or similar Desired Experience of using a CRM platform Financial Asset Management experience Technical Expertise / Skills / Knowledge Logical and pragmatic approach to QA testing. Ability to prioritize and manage workload as per Management expectations Conscientious stakeholder management. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
