To achieve the quality objectives of the company, by supervising the job of the Quality Assurance team and to provide efficient and consistent way of executing quality assurance activities of different products produced in the company & support in the overall activities of the department. Main Accountabilities
1) Quality Assurance - Cooperates and works with production departments on day-to-day basis - Evaluates each case thoroughly to assure correct product per JD & E- Proof specification - Ensures that the QA testing tools are running with the best quality and follow up on calibration - Performs quality control inspections of products manufactured during the different production process cycle according to the company\xe2\x80\x99s quality standard - Ensures processes needed for the quality assurance system are established, implemented and maintained in production floor. - Ensure the tests are carried out in lab as per Work Instruction within stipulated time - Seeks advice and input from the department manager when required. - Complies with ISO/ CQM procedures and standards - Issues approval on startup of job and ensures that the result remains standard throughout production - Approves/rejects jobs during testing and escalate issues accordingly to the department manager and production teams. - If any deviation or non- conformity, provide deviation form to the process owner by registering in the deviation login and make sure it is approved by management. - Coordinates with Production team for taking corrective actions and advice on process improvements. - Participates in developing and assessing the Quality team performance - Ensures promotional samples and catalogues preparation with the best quality - Control Live sample archives/proof references and its documentation for tracking - Responsible for providing approvals for outsourced printing jobs and quality maintaining - Control of test reports and log books on all processes (Machine wise). - Cardbody and Smartcard QA Lab Supervision 2) Analysis and Reporting - Monitor and control all NCR including SNCR, CNCR and INCR on NCR login master file. - Maintaining CQM lab testing and equipment Educational Requirements: - Any Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma/Printing Engineering is a plus E Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills Requirements: - Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Quality Control Management, preferably in card manufacturing industry - Excellent computer literacy skills - Excellent command of the English language - Highly focused and possesses ability to set goals and objectives - Has a good time management skill.
