QA / QC ManagerLocation: West Qurna, IraqSalary: Market relatedOur client is a Global EPC company in the Oil and Gas sector with current operations in the Middle East.We are looking for a QA/QC Manager for the project in Iraq which is Phase 2 of a water treatment and water injection facility.Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Manage the QA/QC department.xc2xb7 Interface with Client representative for QA/QC matters.xc2xb7 Coordinate QA/QC Engineers, officers, Coordinators, Inspectors in the field.xc2xb7 Cooperate with Procurement Department reviewing procured material ITP.xc2xb7 Cooperate in the follow up of the Material Inspection Activity with project Expeditors.xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with Client requirements both of the activities and of the QA/QC Management system.xc2xb7 Coordinate training on QA/QC issues and perform (or assign resource to perform) basic training.xc2xb7 Produce / Develop documentation with regards to QA/QC in the SOW activities such as:Project Quality Plan / Objectives, QA/QC procedures, Method Statement (QA/QC Part) and Quality Control Plan (QCP).xc2xb7 Develop Audit Plan Survey the correct development of Welding activities by exercising control on the Project Welding Coordinator / Engineer.xc2xb7 Implement Corporate guidelines related Reporting and feed-back, Auditing and inspections.xc2xb7 Check the correct collection of record to achieve mechanical Collection and form QAQC part of the Project Final Dossier.
