We need someone who can not only manage complex testing programs but also drive strategic change, all while fostering innovation and collaboration within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Develop and implement testing strategies tailored to BFSI workflows, covering retail, corporate, and SME banking.
Lead automation-first initiatives, integrating robotic and API automation across key accounts.
Oversee BAU testing engagements and transformation project deliveries, ensuring continuous improvement.
Service Delivery
Manage the delivery of multiple testing projects, including functional, automation, SV, and performance engineering.
Ensure the timely and quality delivery of services within defined scopes and budgets.
Provide CxOs with overall status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
Lead integrated reporting for stakeholders, keeping them informed on progress, risks, and actionable insights.
Build and maintain high-performing delivery teams working in both Agile and traditional testing environments.
Client Engagement & Governance
Work directly with clients to scope new projects, develop SOWs, and manage proposals.
Define and implement strong governance models for project reviews and stakeholder engagement.
Present business cases, POCs, and value propositions to drive innovations and business growth.
Align service delivery with long-term business strategies and revenue planning.
Team Development & Knowledge Management
Manage cross-functional teams of 100+ members, including Test Managers, SME experts, and domain professionals.
Mentor and coach teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement across delivery, product, and business domains.
Standardize testing practices, tools, and methodologies across all projects to ensure consistency and excellence.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks, assess impacts, and guide teams toward resolution.
Ensure quality and compliance across functional, performance, data migration, middleware, and other applications.
Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:
15 to 20+ years of experience in service delivery for large-scale testing projects, particularly in the Middle East.
Proven expertise managing testing delivery portfolios for banking and financial services clients.
Hands-on experience in managing QA transformation projects and setting up QA best practices.
Provided thought leadership and consulted clients on multi-year QA roadmaps.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, API Automation) and DevOps-CT frameworks.
Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and traditional testing methodologies.
Experience with Microservices, cloud, and modern architectures relevant to QE.
Familiarity with APM tools and observability is an advantage.
