Responsibilities:

• Design and manage processes to test and release more than 100 microservices
• Design and execute an automated QA roadmap to decrease the time to market new features
• Work closely with engineering teams to set up quality gates in CI / CD pipeline
• Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Work with stakeholders across multiple disciplines at different levels to build solutions using a combination of skills

Who You Are:

• \xef\xbb\xbfYou are experienced in designing and managing processes to test and release more than 100 microservices on a daily basis
• Well-versed in best practices in the software engineering practices such as high-quality code, thorough testing, and appropriate documentation
• You love to SHIP and get things done
• You can balance short-term work with long-term foundational work
• You know how to prioritize, scope, and sequence work
• You have a tremendous sense of "Ownership & Commitment"
• You can collaborate with GLOBALLY distributed teams
• You deeply care about product experience, customer experience, regressions, and shipping velocity

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in QA Engineering
• Test automation experience, either building frameworks or using them
• Experience with programming languages and test management systems (like Allure Ops)
• Hands-on experience in creating testing automation from scratch
• Hands-on experience in testing APIs and client-server applications
• Experience working in a CI / CD environment (like Jenkins, TeamCity, CircleCi, etc) for executing automated tests and scripts
• Shapeshift team mentality to focus on creating tests scenarios according to the Testing pyramid
