Job Summary:

The QA Automation Manager will lead the automation testing strategy and oversee the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks. The role focuses on optimizing testing processes through automation, ensuring software quality and reducing manual testing efforts. The QA Automation Manager will collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate automation tools and workflows into the development pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the automation QA team, driving the design and development of automated test scripts.
• Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and ensure seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee the execution of automated test plans, scripts, and performance tests for new and existing software.
• Monitor and report automation results, ensuring alignment with product quality goals.
• Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall QA processes.
• Mentor and train QA engineers on best practices in automation testing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing tools and technologies.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA automation, with a strong understanding of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, TestNG).
• Leadership experience in managing automation teams or projects.
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
