We are currently recruiting for full time QA Assistant to be based in Dubai. Successful applicants are expected to be available immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) activities globally.
• Assist the leadership team in developing, managing, and monitoring the QHSE performance of the company and statutory authorities as required.
• Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues, and concerns to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, contractual obligations, and good industry practices.
• Develop necessary documentation, operational checks, and reports for QHSE.
• Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting with implementing improvements.
• Support the customer's quality department when needed, including filling out QHSE questionnaires and providing supportive documentation.
• Measure and analyze customer satisfaction, providing recommendations to improve quality and procedural awareness throughout the business.
• Promote a quality culture focused on simplification and accountability.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and advise on necessary procedural modifications.
• Assist the Regional Service Delivery Manager in identifying and executing improvement opportunities, and provide guidance on closing Corrective Action Reports (CARs) within the organization.
• Maintain the global Non-Conformance Report (NCR) register and report to management.
• Prepare and maintain QHSE procedural training courses using internal and external resources when required.
• Provide QHSE consultancy to the company's subsidiaries and affiliates when necessary.
• Stay aware of evolving industry QHSE regulations and best practices, and apply them to the company's operations.
• Check and maintain updated standards on the Technical Management System (TMS).
• Maintain the Business Continuity Plans globally.
• Conduct global audits as required.
• Prepare regular QHSE reports for the management team.
• Chair weekly QHSE meetings as needed globally.
• Prepare data for and ensure management review meetings are conducted twice a year.
• Arrange and maintain company accreditations such as ABS, DNV, ISO, etc.
• Handle ad-hoc requirements as assigned by management.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
